Event Options
1. An Honorarium Paid Event: Carrick Ministries event fee + travel expenses (round trip airfare + ground transportation) + lodging + meals. The Stipend amounts are below. Airline must be prepaid along with a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit to confirm your date.
2. Free Will Offering Event with a Guaranteed Minimum.* For this to work with your church you prepay for airline ticket(s), and a $150.00 management fee then provide ground transportation, lodging and meals . During the event a Free Will Offering will be accepted by Carrick Ministries presenters. (We provide a tax deductible receipt right in the pew.) * Guaranteed Minimum Free Will Offering Amounts: The parish is responsible for the difference only if the Free Will Offering is less than the contracted amount.
Most importantly do not let financial concerns prevent you from scheduling an event for your church!

Stipend Amount & Event Requirements (A+B+C)
For Conferences and Events with 1500+ in attendance please call with your budget and we will make every effort to work with you.
A. Stipend Amounts For Parish Size Events (There is no additional fee when Julie is there the weekend prior to the mission / event.)
1. Standard 1 Day Event Fee: Julie Carrick - $2000
2. Multiple Day Events: (2- Day): $2950.
B. Use of sound system. And an acoustic Piano needed for Julie (an 88 key keyboard & foot pedal is fine).
C. Travel, Lodging & Meals: To Be Determined per event, but normally round-trip airline ticket from: Phoenix, AZ.
Hotel (or parish facilities, Retreat House, etc.) for the night of arrival & event night(s)
Ground transportation (A person to pick up and drive Julie, provide a car or reimbursement of Rental Car Expenses)
Meals can be provided or the $30 per diem paid with the event deposit or receipts will be turned in for reimbursement.

"Come the The Manger ~ Manducate' " ~ Realizing that the word Manger means literally, consume, eat, be fed, my heart went deeper than ever before in desiring the share the beauty of the Eucharist. The intimacy that Jesus offers us since he was an infant is beyond amazing. We are so incredibly blessed as Catholics to be able to receive the pure life changing grace of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. But how do we approach this banquet of love? Are we prepared? Do we acknowledge the extreme love of God in the Eucharist? Christmas is the beginning of the Eucharistic banquet but it continues every single moment of every single day when we come to full acceptance of the bounty of grace we are invited to. This event is for every age. Just when we think we can't possibly go any deeper in the relationship with Jesus one word can change everything.

The first 12 show us that no matter who we are, we are all invited to a life with Christ. "I Take You At Your Word" ~ With music from an exquisite project completely focused in the Eucharist, this event shares my heart more than any other project I have done. To be so loved by our God and Savior that He would come to each of in the Catholic Faith so intimately in the Sacred Eucharist, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, our Living Christ, becoming one with us!. This is beyond words. The faith that He founded and that which He has sustained over these millennium continuing to be with us not only in word, but physically coming to us as we enter into the Paschal Mystery at Mass or simply spending time with Him in Eucharistic Adoration. In The Waiting Appropriate for a parish wide gathering. With music from Julie’s album focused on healing. The Witness & Sharing’s that are interspersed in this event are especially meaningful to those ‘touched’ by cancer, other serious life situations, for family members and care-givers.
